When you submit a form, the information you type is stored: your name, phone number, email address, message, and the answers specific to that form, such as your price range, timeline, preferred areas, or property address.

Alongside each submission the site records basic context so inquiries can be answered accurately: the page the form was sent from, the referring website, campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, gad_source) with the ad keyword when you arrive from a paid ad. These are stored only when a form is submitted.

Nothing is collected from you simply for reading a page, and this site does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide the real estate services you asked about, and keep a record of our conversation. Campaign and ad-click details are used to understand which marketing brought an inquiry in.

Your information is never sold. It is not shared for anyone else's marketing.

Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by this site's cloud provider and may be copied into the real estate CRM used to manage client follow-up (Follow Up Boss). Information may also be shared with Fulton Grace Realty and, where a transaction requires it, with parties such as lenders, attorneys, inspectors and title companies, always in connection with the service you requested, or when required by law.

By submitting a form you agree that Omar Bucio may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or asking directly.

Records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet Illinois real estate recordkeeping requirements. You may request a copy of what is stored about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing omar@fultongrace.com. Records tied to a completed transaction may need to be retained where law requires it.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
